These knives are made of a unique combination of seasoned rosewood handle
and hand-forged Aogami #2 Steel blade. The tang of the knife is made of
stainless steel.
This new design ensures both the longevity and hygiene of the knife. We
have formally registered this design with the Japan Patent Office (Registration
Number 3086170).
Compared with other makers, the blade is thinner, giving a razor-sharp
edge. It also has ideal light balance for long use.
